When will I receive my order?
Please allow two to four weeks for delivery on all items. If you need faster service, please email moonbeams@speedsite.com or call 312-464-2156. Customer service is important to us and we will make every effort to meet your special needs.

How will my order be shipped?
You have a choice! Moonbeams products may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number (which generally takes 2-3 days) - Or you may choose Federal Express Standard Overnight or Federal Express 3-day service. Shipping/handling charges will be added to your total at check-out.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O Boxes, so you must provide us with a street address.

Do you charge sales tax?
Moonbeams, Lilacs & Roses is the Creative Arts Division of Brittany Publications, Ltd. which is based in Chicago, Illinois — and must charge sales tax on all items shipped to Illinois addresses. Current tax is 10.25% which will be added to your purchase.

Will you invoice me?
Sorry. Prepayment is required for all orders.

May I pay by Credit Card?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express only through PayPal for fast, easy and secure transactions. All transactions are in U.S. dollars only.

What about checks and money orders?
Sorry. Online orders by credit card only.

Do you gift wrap?
All beaded items are packaged in lovely boxes suitable for gifting.

Can I buy Moonbeams products in a store?
We currently do not have our own showroom or store front. If that changes, we will post the address on our web site.

Is Wholesale or Quantity Pricing available?Ê
All Moonbeams Beaded Products are currently priced online at a special discount of 30% to 50% less than suggested retail prices. This special pricing is available for a limited time only - and only for online purchases.

Quantity discounts are available for corporate gift programs and to qualifying nonprofit organizations for fundraising projects. Please email moonbeams@speedsite.com or call 312-464-2156 for information - and leave your name and title, organization, address, and telephone number - and the nature of your inquiry. Your call will be promptly returned.

Privacy Policy:
We value your privacy and keep all of your information confidential. Our mailing lists are not shared with any other company or person.

Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Faulty items or merchandise damaged during shipping may be exchanged within the first 5 business days after delivery. Pre-authorization is required for all returns of damaged merchandise. Email moonbeams@speedsite.com or call 312-464-2156 for a "return authorization code" and return address information. Return postage must be prepaid and original receipt enclosed with merchandise. CODs will not be accepted.

Except as described in the above paragraph, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products. Please remember that all beaded products are made-to-order using a variety of materials. Bead combinations are unique — and materials, patterns and shapes will vary from item-to-item; some colors also may vary slightly from web site photos.

About Miriam's Beaded Products

PENS are twist-action refillable ballpoint, and are composed of either a plastic or metal base and metal tip. Beads are stacked and glued into place on a sturdy metal rod. Each pen is packaged with instructions and one extra refill. Additional refills are available with black ink only. Length of the pen from end-to-end ranges from 6 to 6.25 inches, depending on the beaded design. Pens range from medium to lightweight, depending on the beads - but constructed to fit comfortably into both large and small hands. While the same beads and colors may be used, unless specifically noted, Miriam designs each pen as a one-of-a-kind work of art.

BOOKMARKS are pewter and generously carved on both sides to be reversible. All bookmarks measure approximately 6 inches in length from the top of the curve to the end of the handle. The string of artfully designed beads, ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 inches, is designed to drape gracefully over the spine of any size book (hardcover or paperback). While the same beads and colors may be used in more than one item, unless specifically noted, Miriam arranges the beads in a unique combination for each bookmark. Pewter contains lead and is not recommended for use by children.

LETTER OPENERS AND MAGNIFYING GLASSES are either gold-plated or silver-plated. Beads for the handles are stacked on a metal rod and glued into place. While the same beads and colors may be used, unless specifically noted, Miriam creates each product in a unique design. Gold-Plated Letter Openers measure 6.5 inches in length from tip-to-tip - Silver Plated Letter Openers measure approximately 7 inches from tip-to-tip - Magnifying Glasses measure 5.5 inches from tip-to-tip.

BEADS are composed of glass, acrylic, plastic, ceramic, metal, soapstone, pewter, sterling silver, gemstones and other natural and manufactured materials. Glass and fine crystal beads may be handmade or machine-pressed-transparent, translucent or opaque. They have a variety of finishes, including fiber-optic cat's eye, iridescent, metallic or dichroic. Some are fire-polished or matte, single-colored, two-toned or hand painted by artists from all over the world. Beads come in all shapes, sizes and colors. Some are swirling combinations of colors, while others are multi-dimensional. There are smooth and "bumpy" beads, textured and faceted beads. Some are foil-lined or have "glitter" finishes. Miriam combines the variety of sizes, shapes and colors for each product to create truly unique and amazing designs!

KEYRINGS are base metal - and available in both goldtone and silvertone. Bead strings range from 1.5 to 2 or more inches.
