will I receive my order?
Please allow
two to four weeks for delivery on all items. If you need

us and we will make every effort to meet your special
needs.
How
will my order be shipped?
You have a
choice! Moonbeams products may be shipped via USPS Priority
Mail with a tracking number (which generally takes 2-3
days) - Or you may choose Federal Express Standard Overnight
or Federal Express 3-day service. Shipping/handling charges
will be added to your total at check-out.
Please note that
we do not ship to P.O Boxes, so you must provide us with
a street address.
What
are the delivery/handling charges?

Sorry. At
this time, we only ship within the Continental United
States.
Do
you charge sales tax?
Moonbeams, Lilacs & Roses is the Creative Arts Division of Brittany Publications, Ltd. which is based in Chicago, Illinois and must charge sales tax on all items shipped to Illinois addresses. Current tax is 10.25% which will be added to your purchase.

you invoice me?

We accept
Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express only
through PayPal for fast, easy and secure transactions.
All transactions are in U.S. dollars only.

about checks and money orders?

you gift wrap?
All beaded
items are packaged in lovely boxes suitable for gifting.
Can
I buy Moonbeams products in a store?
We currently do not have our own showroom or store
front. If that changes, we will post the address on our
web site.
Is
Wholesale or Quantity Pricing available?Ê
All Moonbeams Beaded Products are currently priced online
at a special discount of 30% to 50% less than suggested
retail prices. This special pricing is available for
a limited time only - and only for online purchases.
Quantity discounts are available
for corporate gift programs and to qualifying nonprofit
organizations for fundraising projects. Please email moonbeams@speedsite.com
or call 312-464-2156 for information - and leave your
name and title, organization, address, and telephone number
- and the nature of your inquiry. Your call will be promptly
returned.
Privacy
Policy:
We value your
privacy and keep all of your information confidential.
Our mailing lists are not shared with any other company
or person.
Can
I return or exchange merchandise?
Faulty items
or merchandise damaged during shipping may be exchanged
within the first 5 business days after delivery. Pre-authorization
is required for all returns of damaged merchandise. Email
moonbeams@speedsite.com
or call 312-464-2156 for a "return authorization code"
and return address information. Return postage must be
prepaid and original receipt enclosed with merchandise.
CODs will not be accepted.
Except as described
in the above paragraph, we do not offer refunds or exchanges
on any products. Please remember that all beaded products
are made-to-order using a variety of materials. Bead combinations
are unique and materials, patterns and shapes will
vary from item-to-item; some colors also may vary slightly
from web site photos.
